All of the anger, the rage, and the hate
simply must stop, before it's too late
Forget any past frustrated release . . .
and now try to focus on one lasting peace
 

For everyone is similar deep down inside
and when you get past the human pride
You will see how we strive for the very same goal
that we all can achieve without losing control
 

It's so easy to blame, and to point a finger
but after you're done the emotions will linger
Which makes it much easier to hate once again
not caring about the why, the where, or the when
 

So put down the finger, the knives, and the guns
we already have lost too many loved ones
Wouldn't it be nicer living in harmony
